Due to the specific and individualized options Customized Uniform and Fan Wear Items are not eligible for Returns or Exchanges. If a logo, name or number was printed on the item it cannot be returned or exchanged.
If the wrong logo, name or number was printed on an item you ordered, or if you received an item that is a different size from the one you ordered we will be happy to correct our mistake.
Order Processing
All items are custom made for you, therefore it can take up to 14 days to create your order before it is ready to ship. Every club/team item is made on demand, customized by hand. Most orders and items will be ready for pick-up or shipping in 7-10.
Shipping or Pick-Up
All orders can either be shipped using USPS Priority Mail or picked up at our Norfolk TeamOrder store front. We will notify you when your order is ready for pick up or when it has shipped depending on the method selected during checkout.
