ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. (EST), Monday through Friday. After your order is processed, fulfilled and ready for shipping or pick-up you will be notified via email or phone.  Shipping or store pick-up orders are both processed the same and choosing one does not expedite fulfillment.

Processing Time

All items are custom made for you, therefore it can take up to 14 days to create your order before it is ready to ship. Every club/team item is made on demand, customized by hand.  Most orders will be ready for pick-up or shipping in 7-10.
