SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. (EST), Monday through Friday. After your order is processed, fulfilled and ready for shipping or pick-up you will be notified via email or phone. Shipping or store pick-up orders are both processed the same and choosing one does not expedite fulfillment.

Delivery Method
Orders can be shipped or picked up at our TeamOrder.com storefront on Colley Avenue in Norfolk, VA.
Shipping
Customers who select shipping during checkout will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the order is shipped. All orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail which typically takes from 1 to 5 business days, depending on your distance from us (within the continental U.S.).
Store Pick-Up
Customers who choose store pick-up will be notified via email when their order is ready. Store Pick-Up hours are 11-5 Monday-Friday. Store pick-up orders will be available at our TeamOrder.com sales center located at
